When it comes to cooking we all know our life long friends Salt & Pepper, we also know that they are the simplest yet most important seasonings used in order to make sure that you got that extra flavor in what ever you are making. However, too much of one is the easiest mistake to make and getting it right can be a bit of a challenge sometimes.

When we talk about Salt & Pepper in terms of restaurants, then only one place comes to mind. A recent discovery made by one of sufrati.com’s Jeddah agents that may well change the way we define cuisines in general.

With a name like Salt and Pepper this place did not make a big impression at first, however if you think for a moment you will realize that it causes you to question and ask. Why not? Why not pay a visit and explore this "multi cuisine" venue? Yes “MULTI CUISINE” it was this new cuisine category that reeled us in like fish in a net. Could this be the future of a new category as we know it? some may call it fusion, others call it international, this establishment has set forth a new cuisine term that keeps it simple and interesting.

Listed under Pakistani Cuisine in our data base, Salt & Pepper presents a wide variety of cuisine ranging from Thai dishes, Fast Food, South Asian, Italian and Chinese, it makes you wonder to yourself; why have I not heard of this place over the last 8 years especially those of you who may not know that they have an existing branch in Khartoum Sudan.

This Unique restaurants layout combined with a helpful staff, makes Salt & Pepper a very impressive little find and when it came to our tasting session we found every mouthful to be a bundle of joy, I personally mixed and matched a series of combinations of this multi cuisine to be more than happy to pay the bill and promise my self a revisit, the rest of the team were all extremely satisfied and when asked. Again? All nodded. I will also add, where else can you enjoy a Tom Yum soup, sharing a pizza margaritta, followed by a dish of delicious butter chicken while having a Mango Lasi to close the deal. It may not be healthy but it tastes lovely.

So this Multi Cuisine restaurant may not be the prettiest, but it is by far this month’s restaurant of the month, try out their buffet dinners that take place from Wednesday till Friday. Sorry Lasani you were runner up however there is always a chance to be on top better luck next time.

 

Why Restaurant Of The Month?

Food: Full of flavor, well cooked and presented, arrives quite quickly.

Atmosphere: Very comfortable spacious and well lit, good for large groups.

Service: Friendly, Welcoming well presented and waiters always close by.

Value: Very reasonable, good when you want to treat your friends at the end of the month.

Note: They do deliver and provide catering but parties in both cases need to be over 50 persons.
