" On Fridy 15th, Sep.2011 5.30pm,I was with my brothers and grand children , we surprised and shocked with the very bad and unpolite service in the coffee in Dhahran mall Khobar Saudi Arabia, a philpeno waiter was with very very very very bad character in his language with us and the customers in opposite to what we used to see in our regular visits,his character was not suitable even for an oction market,when I approached the supervisor unfortunately I found him the same of the waiter and then I found the reason behind,the supervisor is not capable to be at this position and a coffee with a greate name like this coffee ,as he did not bothered Gisele even to take any action or apology I'm sure an attitude like this will deffinetly impact your reputation and do not think that this what you aim too. If we really do not see any response towards this complaint I would approach the chamber of commerce in this regard with my all witnesses I'm sure this incident would shake the board of management.
