American Corner

" its my first time to visit American corner and i think its my last visit too ! because i'm not happy the way they serve us! we're in a group, some of our friend was there already and we just follow them after our work, we arrived there more or less 9:30pm, we asked for additional plates & fork but because a lot of customer the waiter answered for just wait for awhile, we waited for more than 45 minutes for a plate & fork only, another customer come and after 15minutes they called for a waiter, the same waiter we entertain them so when he finished i just said excused me SIR ! WOULD YOU MIND TO GIVE ME 2 PLATES & 2 FORK! , he replied and SAID JUST WAIT MAAM BECAUSE WE ARE HAVING ALOT OF CUSTOMER & THEY ARE THE ONE WHO CAME FIRST BEFORE YOU!..... for god sick...... we're been there for almost 1 hour and he's telling me that !.... first of all the waiter has no manner !..... im calling the attention of the General Manager to pay attention of their waiter.... i think sir you should give them a lecture on how to dial with a customer.... one more thing sir the fork they give is not clean well, i return it back to the waiter on front disk, even the glass they used for an ice tea, its not up to the standard of cleaning... actually im looking for a suggestion box but i didn't see..... hoping that this comments will improved your services not for one but for all customers that they love your place...... "
