" باندور مخبز ممتاز . ولكن للاسف ترتيبهم في خدمة الطلبات وخدمة الزبائن سيئة. احد المواقف اللي حصلت معاي رحت اباخذ معجنات. وكان في شخص جهت الحلويات يطلب. وانا منتظر احد ياخذ طلبي فالحمار الله يعزكم. اللي عندي الحلويات خلصمن الحلويات وحاء عند المعجنات وشافني وقال طلبت قلت والله انتظر فقال للي يخدم عليه عطني كل هذي المعجنات اللي عندك . فقام الحمار الثاني وعطاه. واحنا اللي جايين قبله انا وكم واحد ولا كأننا موجودين. طبعا عطيتهم الاثنين على راسهم وطلعت. يعني ترتيب ودن بيكري وخدمتهم افضل بمراحل. الموقف الثانب ما يرضى يعطيك من الخبز الطازج اللي توه طالع من الفرن لازم تاخذ من الموجود. وبالذات طبعا لا صرت لابس شماغ وعقال "

" Great food, very bad delivery time. 2 hours for salads and cold sandwiches to arrive is unacceptable even in Riyadh standards furthermore they missed some of the order. Clean, tasty as long u r going to pick it up. "

" yes...the food looks tasty and clean...but the management of Pain D'or Riyahd is awful. they don't pay their employees the right overtime pay. and the production is so unprofessional by promising them everytime that their overtime payments will be made available the next day but so many days have passed and the employees still gets nothing. PRODUCTION MANAGER doesnt really know how to manage his staff. he better quit, he's not the best person for the post. he'll only tarnish the name of the company. Same with HR people of Pain D'or...not really a "human-person" eh? "
