" Last Friday night ( 18/5/2012 ) I bought a burger at your Sultan Mall outlet in Jeddah for my 10 year old son. The King's cup finals was going and a large crowd was there in the eating area. From the start my son was saying he did not like the taste. Then my wife ( his mother ) had a bite at the burger and found that the bread was stale ( it may have been spolt ) & we threw it and ate the rest of the meat. This was too late as my son had unwittingly consumed more than half the bun. I am saying this because from that night my son was purging ( had loose motion ). It is continuing up to today even though we took some medicine to control it. I kindly request you to deploy food inspectors to check on the quality & freshness of the food served. "
