" Very very very bad service to all restaurant here in Saudi Arabia, I ordered many times,and the last one is just only last night,they are saying it will take only 45 minutes, its more than 3hrs.I waited and still my orders wasnt arrived yet, I called 5x and always saying that the delivery boy's is on his way,Whyyyyyyy?????it tooks 3hrs to ring me when the distance between my house and the restaurant is only 5minutes drive with signal and traffic on it,if he gonna walk,its not 1km the difference..
I am really mad and disappointed for their service,They must do something either to kick out all or change all their managers and customer service officers,otherwise you will loose your reputation and customers.
I believe a lot of people agreed and experienced the same I had.I am calling the owner of this KFC here in Saudi to take action, a serious action for your staffs,you need a proper management and training. "

" KFC Home delivery service really very bad no response from saudi driver or operator even from store manger they are just making miss call even not picking up while we call back him. i call one of saudi driver his name waleed but he was not answering/not picking the phone. his number is 0540036099. also he do not know how to speek with the customer, really very bad attitude.i belie this is the reason KFC is not famous in jeddah and not make good business as other country. its alarming situation. although product is good but customer service is a main criteria in any business.

note i received my order after 1:30 hrs. "

" Just like to put my comment that me & my family had experience in KFC at Al Daragah branch, that was one Friday (Mach 01, 2013) in the evening, we thought of just having our dinner at the said branch, upon approaching the counter my wife ask the Bangali crew if why when she was calling the delivery service no one was answering, she's asking if theres another no. the crew refered us to the manager on duty & he explained that there is a minimum amount for the delivery thats why? i told him theres no one answered our call how did they know the amount of our order, then he answered me in very arrogant & higher voice "dont blame me! i said we dont blame u were just inquiring, but he turn his back to me while i'm talking. 1 felt very, very bad, i told the crew & the two managers came out of the office, one fat & the arrogant one, but we just step out & we felt very frustrated with the kind of service that we had experienced in KFC, is that proper? is that attitude in service business is accepted? I WAS SO FRUSTRATED WITH THE WAY U HANDLE YOUR COSTUMER THAT SUPPOSE TO BE GIVING U THE BUSINESS. Thank you. "

" i have complaint about the cashier (arab national) in your Shatea Mall Branch Dammam. on Sunday 21/10/12. night i order a meal for 17 SR and i given 20 SR. cashier asked me 2 rilyals change i said i don't have. and he given 5 riyals and asked me to change and return 2 riyals to him. if not he will not give my order in very rude manner finally i paid 20 riyal and i got my meal . my point why we should bring change for you. if you are doing a business you should well prepared for the customer need. and try to assign cashier well Job oriented. and there was no Managers to complaint they all busy in the kitchen area. "

" من أسوء وأقذر المطاعم بالمملكة العربية السعودية ماعدا فروع الخبر فقط لا غير الزيوت يتم استخدامها مراراً وتكراراً لمدة تفوق المسموح بها باضعاف المرات البطاطس دائماً باردة ورائحتها كريهة الدجاج اسود ! وقديم وحتى بعد التتبيل الذي يفترض ان يغطي على فساد الدجاج الا انه يظل ذو طعم عَفِن ! أقسم بالله العلي العظيم أنني أشم رائحة الزيت المعفّن من قبل دخولي للمطعم والذي يريد أن يتأكد أكثر فقط يذهب من خلف المطعم مع الباب الخلفي ويشم الروائح ! أين وزارة الصحة والبلدية والأمانة ! فعلاً الوضع مزري حتى النخاااع "

" The service is not so good as i told to provide me the mayonnaise, but they were not bothered. but the quality and the variety of the food is so so.The value for the money is not there. I would suggest to change the quality of the food "

" السلام عليكم ،ورحمة الله ,بركاته انا مع المعجبين ب kfc ولكن مع الأسف عدة مشاكل تحصل معي دائما في غالب الفروع في جده المملكة العربيه السعوديه الأولي موقع KFC السيء والضيق بالنسبة للحي كمثال KFC الشرفيه تقاطع طريق المدينه مع شارع ولي العهد وفيه ايضا مشكله كبيره جدا لدخول السيارات وخروجها من والى الموقع والموقع الثاني في حي الجامعه مقابل كلية الهندسه لماذا يتم نقل الموقع لمكان اوسع او انه يتم توسيع المساحه لخدمة السيارات وعمل دورين اكثر نظرا لكبير مساحة الحيين المشكلة الثانيه وهي دائمة الحصول عدم وضع مناديل KFCالمعطره مع الطلب وحصلت معي كثيرا في عدة فروع أخرها فرع الشرفيه واخيرا فرع KFC مقابل الهرم في العزيزيه تقديم الطلب وعند عودتي للمنزل أكتشف عدم وضع مصاصات المشروبات الغازيه تماما أتمنى الإهتمام أكثر ومساءكم جميل "

" Customer handling at al-khaledeyah branch, jeddah is not good and friendly.
Supervisor is not active as he should be in many aspects of handling the branch. "

" السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته أنا زبون دائم لمطاعمكم كنتاكي - في جدة وقد قصدت اليوم الجمعة أنا وأسرتي مطعمكم في حي الفيصلية الواقع على شارع الستين وكانت الساعة حوالي الرابعة أنتظرنا إلى أن انتهت الصلاة الساعة الرابعة وعشر دقائق وبعدها انتظرنا عشر دقائق أخرى لكن المطعم لم يفتح بعد فقمت بالدق بيدي على الباب فأتاني المشرف وقال لي بصوت عالي لماذا تدق الباب ألم تعلم صلاة قلت له الصلاة انتهت منذ أكثر من عشر دقائق لكنه لم يكترث وأغلق الباب في وجهنا وكنت أنا ومجموعة من الزبائن وكلنا كنا مستائين من هذا الأمر علما انني قلت له سأشتكي للإدارة على سوء المعاملة والتأخير في فتح المطعم قال لي اشتكي للإدارة وتم المطعم مغلقا حتى مضى خمسة عشر دقيقة على انتهاء الصلاة فأزعجني كثيرا هذا الأمر أنا والأسرة فذهبنا أنا وأسرتي إلى مطعم ماكدونالد وتناولنا طعام الغداء لذلك نرجوالنظر في هذه الشكوى لأن ماحدث يجعل الزبائن يذهبون إلى مطاعم أخرى دون الرجوع إلى مطاعمكم علما أن مطعم هاردز قد فتح قبله بفترة طويلة م "
