" In spite of some good points (decoration & taste), it all irrelevant if the staff are not only rude, but also vulgar and badly mannered. I visited twice; once with my wife and daughter. Although we enjoyed the taste of the food (not the quantity), I was not happy with the less than professional attitude.
I decided to give the place a second chance when I invited a group of 7. The Family Lounge Manager was very abrasive and ill-mannered about seating us. He was aggressive in wanting to seat us according his desire and he refused even to listen to our requests. I tried politely just to encourage him to talk or explain his reasoning, but he was adamant not to communicate. Some of my guests became very angry and I was very embarrassed. So, we all decided to leave and go somewhere else. Guess what was the manager’s attitude? He said loudly; “I DON'T CARE” "

" family section is poorly managed. Staff has limited flexibility to costumers requests and their responses very unwelcoming. The general attitude is rude, unpolite and uncooperative. I was extremley disapointed with those possibly senior arabic staffs as they have a major attitude problems that needs to be addressed. I would not visit or recommend this place to any a gain. "
