Bad service experience, got Stanley the duty manager involved and still no solution.
If you offer free burrito to frequent customers then make it free. As I was pulling the card out of my wallet the cashier finished the sale and the manager refused to void the transaction and rerun with the free item.
I am disappointed! Work three doors down at NasJet and will be sure to pass on my experience. Last week is was passing out menus.
