I had worst experience in Pizza Inn Jeddah, Palestine road. I have ordered for combo offer it was suggested nicely and friendly manner but service is very poor after bill. The order taker gave me two boxes of Pizza just like that., without a carry bag or doggy bag and I reminded him to give the soft drinks which comes along with that combo. When I ask for Ketchup, He replied "Sir, Kindly ask everything in one time" thats really unbelievable and dis-appointed. All of those should come from them in one time which exactly called Guest Satisfaction or Service. That restaurant is really losing its business because of lack of service. I appreciate that Pizza was tasty A+ and service is very poor

I bought their 15 inch pizza promo with potato wedgies. They didn't put in any cheese on the potato and it was just on a random bag. No ketchup, no tissue, nothing. The people there are too busy watching TV that they totally don't care about the ONLY one customer they have.

Their pizza toppings taste better than pizza hutt. although dough is not as good. but killer prices. especially good boufet and deals make it value choice.
